Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using JadeedX ERP, operated by Jadeedx (PVT) Limited, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Access is normally granted through your company administrator. Public self-signup stays closed unless the platform enables it.
2. What the service is
JadeedX ERP provides invoicing, purchases, inventory, payroll, and optional FBR digital invoicing and AI-assisted features. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves.
3. Your company's responsibilities
- Keep company tax IDs, customer and vendor data, and invoice details accurate
- Keep login credentials private and do not share accounts between people
- Notify your administrator if you suspect unauthorised access
- Comply with applicable tax, employment, and messaging laws for data you enter and send
4. FBR digital invoicing
Jadeedx is not the Federal Board of Revenue and is not your tax adviser. The service helps transmit invoice data to PRAL when your company configures tokens and chooses to fiscalize. A submission may be rejected or delayed. Sandbox testing is not a production filing. Penalties or interest from wrong or late data stay with your company.
5. AI features
Optional AI output (for example purchase extraction, Insights answers, or email drafts) may be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional tax, legal, or accounting advice. Your company must review anything material before relying on it.
6. Email and WhatsApp
Your company is responsible for having a proper basis to email or WhatsApp its customers, vendors, and staff using contact details stored in the ERP.
7. Fees and suspension
Fees, if any, are agreed outside the app. There is no in-product checkout. Jadeedx may suspend a company that does not pay an agreed fee or that breaks these Terms. A company administrator can also deactivate a user's sign-in.
8. Intellectual property
The software and JadeedX branding belong to Jadeedx (PVT) Limited. Business records, logos, and other content your company uploads remain your company's. Jadeedx may host and process that content only to operate the service.
9. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages at Vercel, Supabase, PRAL, email or messaging providers, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Limitation of liability
JadeedX ERP is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Jadeedx is not liable for FBR penalties or other government action caused by data your company entered or submitted, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, Jadeedx's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees that company paid Jadeedx in the twelve months before the claim. That cap does not apply to fraud. Pakistani legal counsel should review this clause before you treat it as final.
11. Indemnity
Your company will indemnify and hold Jadeedx harmless from claims arising from unlawful content, messaging without proper consent, or inaccurate tax filings your company submitted through the service, except to the extent caused by Jadeedx's fraud or wilful misconduct.
12. Termination and data
Either side may stop using the service. Export of invoices and related lists is available in the product (for example CSV export). To request account or data deletion, contact support@erp.jadeedx.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to sign in after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Pakistan. Contact: support@erp.jadeedx.com, +92 339 2003691.
